The scammers copy our photos and property description and re-post fake ads on various websites. Most claim to be on Missionary work in South Africa, or somewhere else unable to meet you in person. They even obtain the owner or tenants name from public records and create an email address based on that name.
◦Do not wire funds via Western Union or Moneygram – sending money this way is the same as sending cash and you will have no recourse if something goes wrong.
